Clinical records are retained in accordance with California law, which requires a minimum of seven years after the last date of service (or until a minor patient reaches the age of 19, whichever is longer). Website inquiry data is retained for up to 12 months and then securely deleted.
Your Rights
Under HIPAA and California law, you have the right to access your health records, request amendments, receive an accounting of disclosures, request restrictions on certain uses, and receive a copy of this privacy notice. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.
